Electrical rating labels need readable small text, stable layout, material discussion and accurate serial or model data. Buyers should prepare the rating content, label size, surface, data fields, language requirements and proof expectations before asking for a custom electrical label quote.
Digital proof before production. Material and adhesive options are discussed according to your application requirements.

For electrical rating labels, do not begin with the label material alone. First confirm the required rating information, symbols, certification marks, model number, serial data, barcode or QR code and available label area. Then discuss material, adhesive, finish and printing format.
Electrical labels often carry a lot of information in a small area. If text is too small or crowded, the label may look cheap and become hard to inspect. A good proof should show text hierarchy, line spacing, barcode area and whether the most important rating data can be read at the intended size.
Some rating labels include marks, symbols or approval references requested by the buyer. The label supplier can print provided artwork, but the buyer should confirm whether those marks are allowed for the product and market. Do not treat a printed mark as proof of certification unless the buyer has the supporting approval.
Electrical rating labels often need changing serial numbers, batch codes, model numbers or barcode data. For variable data printing, send an Excel or CSV file with exact fields, prefixes, leading zeros and sample rows. The proof should include sample data placement before bulk production.
Rating labels may be applied to plastic housings, metal panels, appliances or control boxes. PET, PP, BOPP, synthetic paper or other constructions may be discussed according to surface, exposure and readability requirements. Matte or gloss finish should be considered alongside barcode scanning and small text clarity.
