Process
Custom Label Process
Most tire and industrial label projects require application review before quotation. Our process helps you move from basic requirements to artwork confirmation, material discussion, digital proof, quote, sampling and production.
Digital proof before production. Material and adhesive options are discussed according to your application requirements.

1. Send Your Application Requirements
Send your label type, application, size, shape, quantity, surface, environment, material preference, adhesive requirement, barcode or variable data needs and roll or sheet format. If you are not sure about a field, tell us how the label will be used.
2. Upload Artwork or Reference
You can upload print-ready artwork, an existing label, a reference image, product information or barcode data requirements. Artwork is helpful, but not required to start a discussion.
3. Material & Adhesive Evaluation
Material and adhesive options are discussed according to your surface, environment, application method and intended use. The suitable construction depends on project-specific conditions.
4. Digital Proof
A digital proof helps confirm artwork layout, size, text, barcode placement and visual details before production. Physical performance should be evaluated according to the selected material, adhesive and actual application conditions.
5. Quote & Sample Discussion
Quotation is based on project specification, including size, quantity, material, adhesive, printing, finishing, variable data and packaging requirements. Sample availability, cost and timing can be discussed for each project.
6. Production and Shipping
After specifications and proof are confirmed, production can proceed according to approved project details. Lead time, packaging and shipping details are discussed according to project specification and order quantity.
