GHS Content Checklist
Information to confirm before approved chemical artwork is printed.
View detailsIndustrial Labels
Custom chemical labels for drums, jugs, bottles and other containers start with buyer-approved content and the actual package. Provide the released hazard artwork, container dimensions and surface conditions so content approval and print review stay distinct.
Digital proof before production. Material and adhesive options are discussed according to your application requirements.

CYJ Labels · Buyer decision guide
A chemical label order needs one released content version for each product and container layout. Start with the file approved by your responsible content owner, then connect it to the actual drum, jug or bottle. Keep artwork approval separate from the review of the applied label.
| Decision | What to define | Input or evidence |
|---|---|---|
| Content source | Approved text, symbols, language and product identifier | Named content owner and released artwork reference |
| Container layout | Usable panel and a finished-size layout for each package | Container photos, measurements and placement |
| Change and stock | Current revision and disposition of older rolls | Buyer-approved release decision and quantities by version |
If the content is still under review, prepare the container measurements first and hold the print release. A familiar pictogram or an old drum photograph is not the approved source file.
Prepare the approved artwork and revision, product list, container photos and dimensions, exposure details, quantity per layout and roll or sheet format.
Prepare My Requirements; then share supporting files through the existing email or WhatsApp route.
A request for GHS chemical labels still needs the responsible owner to identify the required content and applicable market specification. Supply the exact approved artwork and revision for each product. If that content is unresolved, organize the container measurements while holding the print release.
Plan a separate finished-size proof for each drum, jug or bottle layout. Scaling one large label into a smaller area can change the reading hierarchy and usable code space. The content owner approves the message; the print proof checks how that supplied message is reproduced.
Prepare approved GHS chemical-label information · Review different container layouts
Chemical labels may be used for containers, drums, bottles, laboratory handling, product identification, batch information and safety communication.
Please send label size, shape, quantity, container material, surface condition, indoor or outdoor use, exposure conditions, exact printed content, artwork and any required customer specification.
Chemical label construction should be discussed according to the container surface and expected exposure. Material, adhesive, lamination and finishing options must be confirmed for each project.
Your responsible team should approve product identifiers, hazard text, symbols and language versions before the print proof is signed. The print proof then checks dimensions, legibility, layout and version. A printer cannot infer the correct hazards from a photo of the container.

View detailsA steel drum, plastic jug and small curved bottle may have different available label areas and surface conditions. Provide photographs and dimensions for each container, plus exposure to moisture, wiping, abrasion or incidental spills. Ask for a representative application sample when adhesion or readability is critical.
Chemical Label Customization
Chemical label projects should start with exact artwork, container material, label size, exposure conditions and any buyer-required document or specification.
