A label for a tire surface, metal panel, plastic housing, carton, drum or warehouse item may require different material and adhesive considerations. The most suitable construction depends on the actual surface, labeling process and application conditions.
Material Options
Material options may include PET, PP, BOPP, vinyl, synthetic paper, coated paper, clear film, white film, matte materials, gloss materials and durable film materials depending on your application. Available constructions should be confirmed for each project.
Adhesive Options
Adhesive options may include permanent adhesive, high tack adhesive, removable adhesive and application-specific adhesive constructions. Adhesive options can be selected according to the surface and application conditions.
Surface and Environment Considerations
Please tell us whether the label will be applied to rubber, metal, plastic, painted surface, carton, film, drum, container or another substrate. If the label may face moisture, oil, grease, abrasion or chemical exposure, send those details before quotation.
Roll / Sheet Formats
Labels can be discussed in roll or sheet format depending on the production and application process. Core size, winding direction and roll configuration should be confirmed according to your labeling workflow.
