Industrial Label Solutions
Custom industrial labels for equipment identification, asset and serial tracking, chemical containers and warning information. Start with the information the label must carry, then review the surface, exposure, artwork and quantity for each design.
Digital proof before production. Material and adhesive options are discussed according to your application requirements.

CYJ Labels · Buyer decision guide
Choose the label by its job before choosing a film name. Equipment identification, chemical information and barcode tracking require different approved inputs. CYJ Labels can discuss a print brief once the surface, use conditions, content owner and quantities are defined.
| Decision | What to define | Input or evidence |
|---|---|---|
| Equipment and panel information | Equipment and machinery labels | Final surface, placement, approved wording and expected handling |
| Chemical containers | Chemical labels | Qualified owner-approved content, container geometry and exposure |
| Barcode and asset records | Industrial barcode and QR labels | Identifier owner, data file, reader and expected application record |
| Rating and model information | Electrical labels | Engineering-approved data and authorized symbols |
A printed warning, rating or certification symbol does not establish approval of the underlying product. Keep content authority and any required construction evidence explicit.
Prepare a marked surface photo, dimensions, exposure, approved artwork and data, quantity by version and required documentation.
Prepare My Requirements; then share supporting files through the existing email or WhatsApp route.
Use equipment labels when the job is to identify a machine, control or maintenance point. Use asset and serial number labels when each physical item must stay connected to an approved record. Chemical and warning labels require their own responsible content owner before the print layout is released.
For a comparable quote, separate quantities by artwork and variable-data rule rather than sending only a total label count. Include a marked placement photo and the actual exposure at that position. The application pages below collect the inputs for each task.

Custom Configuration
Once the application is clear, send the production details that change the construction and proof.
Choose the closest application first. Chemical and warning labels need approved content; equipment and asset labels need stable identification; barcode labels also need a defined scan and data workflow. Product images are references for discussing layout, not evidence of a tested construction.

Chemical container, drum, bottle, lab and industrial product labels.

Warning, caution, direction, instruction and information labels.

Labels for demanding surfaces and use environments.

Electrical product, appliance, panel, model and warning labels.

Machine ID, operating information, panel and maintenance labels.

Asset tags, serial numbers, barcode, QR and variable data labels.
Start with the information that must remain readable and who uses it. A machine ID helps maintenance find a record; a chemical container label carries buyer-approved content; an asset barcode must fit the scanner and database. Combining every job on one small sticker can make the result harder to use.
Share one photograph of the actual application surface and one reference label or artwork file. Add finished size, shape, quantity per design, indoor or outdoor conditions, contact with cleaning or chemicals, fixed or variable data, and roll or sheet application. If you have a customer test or regulatory specification, attach that exact document rather than asking for a generic compliant label.
Discuss full color or monochrome artwork, barcodes, QR codes, sequential numbers, batch numbers and variable fields according to the project. For unique IDs, send the approved data source and ask how a proof sample will be checked against it.
If your project has a specific regulatory, testing or durability requirement, send us the required specification for evaluation. Compliance requirements should be confirmed according to the specific application and customer specification.
FAQ
They can be used for equipment identification, machinery information, barcodes, QR codes, asset tracking, serial numbers, warning information, packaging and warehouse applications.
Custom printed warning and information labels can be discussed for industrial identification and information applications. Any regulatory requirement must be provided for evaluation.
Documentation requirements must be evaluated against the specific project specification. Please send the required standard before ordering.
